Drs. Ramsey have been practicing chiropractic care in Northeast Ohio (NEO) since 1996. We have had the distinct pleasure of having 13 associate doctors to work with us in our practice. We hear the same challenges from the established doctors in our area. There are not enough chiropractic physicians to fill the positions available in our practices. The next challenge is how to manage the complexity of student loans.

SMILE Project is designed to solve these problems.

Since Drs. Ramsey are committed to the growth of the chiropractic community in NEO and we are well established here, we are uniquely positioned to recruit the young talent to study at the most respected chiropractic schools. Once they complete their rigorous studies and earn a Doctorate in Chiropractic we then encourage them to return to their Ohio communities to serve their fellow man.
SMILE Project has been in the works for years but became official in September of 2023 and is gaining momentum.

Our Mission:

At SMILE project, Inc., our mission is to protect the cherished patient-doctor relationship and ensure access to the highest caliber chiropractic for generations to come. We educate, align, and adjust in order to offset medical depersonalization. (To ensure patient driven healthcare choices that continue to be available.)

What Sets Us Apart:

We partner with independent affiliate offices and provide associate doctors. Our goal is to have 1-2 associate doctors in every office, affiliated with SMILE project, Inc., which will increase patient accessibility. We collaborate with chiropractic colleges, seek grants, conduct research and educate the next generation to choose chiropractic as a profession.

Our Vision:

We will onboard associates doctors and inspire the next generation of DCs. Within 10 years we envision having added 5 new DCs per year to be increased by 50 additional (currently 1200) chiropractors in Northeast Ohio, playing a pivotal role in family healthcare. Affiliate doctors will write books highlighting chiropractic wisdom for patients to use.
